Dates of availability are subject to change. We do not have availability to house teams on Saturday Nights and Sundays. Our Short Term Missions Director will connect with your Team Leader to confirm dates.
Thank you for choosing to serve with the AVL City Church. We ask that your team pay a fee of $25/person per day of your trip to cover the cost of meals and lodging. Once paid, it is non-refundable.

Description of Activities
I, the undersigned participant, understand that I am volunteering to participate in disaster relief efforts organized by AVL City Church to provide assistance and support to those affected by the Hurricane Helene flood in Asheville, NC. Activities may include but are not limited to debris removal, cleaning, demolition, construction, distribution of supplies, and other tasks associated with disaster recovery.
Acknowledgment of Risk
I acknowledge and understand that volunteering in disaster-affected areas involves certain risks, including but not limited to:
Physical injury or harm
Exposure to potentially dangerous environments (damaged buildings, water, debris, etc.)
Physical exhaustion or discomfort
Exposure to hazardous materials or situations
I acknowledge that AVL City Church, its employees, leaders, agents, and volunteers are not responsible for conditions beyond their control.
Assumption of Risk
I voluntarily choose to participate in this activity, fully aware of the risks involved. I agree to assume all responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of my participation.
Waiver of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate in the relief efforts, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless AVL City Church, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with my participation, including but not limited to injury, illness, damage, or loss resulting from any cause whatsoever, including negligence.
Medical Treatment
I consent to receive medical treatment that may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, or illness during my participation in this activity. I release AVL City Church from any claims or demands related to such medical treatment or lack thereof.
Photo and Media Release
I grant AVL City Church permission to use any photographs, videos, or other media taken of me during my participation in disaster relief efforts for promotional, educational, or reporting purposes without compensation.
Agreement and Signature
I have read this Liability Release Form, fully understand its terms, and sign it freely and voluntarily. I understand that by signing this form, I waive certain legal rights.
